James "Jim" E. Gebhart, 58, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at his home. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Jim graduated from North Side High School. He worked with Lincoln National Life for 21 years, the Bay County Highway Department for 4 years and was currently working with Dupont Hospital for the last 6 years.
