Tara R. Combs, 60, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Covington Manor Nursing Center in Fort Wayne. Surviving are her brother, Thomas (Bobbi) Combs of Columbia City, IN sister, Lynette Combs Conrad of Marion, IN. Tara was preceded in death by her parents, Hollen and Ruby Combs, , sister, Anne Combs Moore, brother, Russell Combs. Private Service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
