Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late William and Cleo Brager, Sr. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. She was employed with Ron Peter's Equipment for 15 years. She loved playing euchre with her Woodburn neighbors.
