Daniel was born on July 10, 1984 and passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
Daniel was a resident of Columbia City, Indiana at the time of his passing.
Funeral service will be held at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home at 1327 Wells St. on Monday at 11am with calling 1 hour prior and also on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8. Pastor Kerry Niman officiating.
