Evelyn passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013.
Evelyn was a resident of Huntington, Indiana at the time of her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband Otto.
Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at Covington Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.
