David was born on February 3, 1941 and passed away in May 2014.
David was a resident of Van Wert, Ohio at the time of his passing.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 9, 2014, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Custus officiating. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Convoy. Calling hours are Thursday 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m.
Preferred memorials are to the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center or New Life Fellowship.
