James F. Scheffer, 83, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 5, 1929 in Fort Wayne, a son of the late Ferdinand and Louise (Schoenle) Scheffer. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1947 and Indiana University School of Business in 1952.
